For TikTok LIVE agencies
Line up TikTok LIVE battles in-house, against another agency, or against a creator who is not on the platform yet. Both corners confirm the same slot — each reading it on their own clock — and every confirmed battle gets its poster made for it.

On the card
Most agencies already run their battles on a sheet. Here is exactly what changes.
However the fixture actually came about — you already know who you want, you are pairing two of your own, or you want the platform to find someone.
Pick both creators off your roster and save it. There is nobody to ask, so it is confirmed the moment you press the button. Available on every plan.
Type a handle. On the platform, a real request lands in their agency’s inbox. Not on it, and the battle is still recorded properly — with their real TikTok name and profile picture.
Say which days and times a creator is free, whether they want powerups and what they expect to score. When someone at another agency fits, it books confirmed. Creators can enter the pool themselves.
Both formats are real throughout — both names on the fixture, both creators notified, and the score belongs to the team. A pair comes from one agency, which keeps limits, edit rights and poster ownership unambiguous.
Enforced on every route in: manual booking, the matcher, and rescheduling. A cross-agency slot is re-checked at the moment it is accepted, in case the world moved while the request sat there.
Your artwork, carrying the creators’ names and TikTok profile pictures, both agency names, the date and the time. Nobody presses anything — including on battles the matcher booked overnight.

A brand-new agency has a working poster in one click. Each starter arrives already mapped and published, so it produces posters immediately — no designer, no blank page.
Upload a finished design — PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 12MB — and drag boxes onto it. Sixteen placeable slots, sixteen fonts, up to twenty-four elements. A template cannot go live until somebody has positioned the boxes, so unattended posters never print a name in the wrong place.
A poster names two creators and says exactly when they will be live. Artwork and finished posters are never public URLs — they go to signed-in staff of the agency that owns them, and nobody else.
Days across, times down. Clicking an empty cell opens the booking form filled in with that slot. Battles sit on a five-minute grid, because a TikTok LIVE battle is five minutes — so you can stagger a run at 21:00, 21:05, 21:10.
Your agency picks its timezone once. A 22:00 London slot shows as 17:00 to a New York opponent — same instant, no maths.
One click gives you the month as a spreadsheet, in the columns your old sheet used and the same order, plus the status, result and notes it never had room for.
Either side types the two scores the way they read them off the screen — commas and all — and the platform works out who won. Wins and losses read correctly from both sides.
Proposed, confirmed, declined, moved, cancelled, withdrawn, result recorded — each with the name, the agency and the time.
Your working notes and predicted score are seen by your own owners and managers. Never the opponent — not on the battle, not in a list, not in the export.
Assigning a creator to a manager is real access control, not a label — enforced in the database query, not hidden in the interface.
Runs the agency, the team and the billing, and sees the whole roster. Sets the timezone, invites managers, buys plans and poster slots.
Runs their own slice of the roster. Only they and the owner can edit or book their creators. They share the agency calendar, so the week still gets planned together.
Sees their own line-up and nothing else. Can enter the match pool, and pull out of a battle their own side arranged.
No email, no invite link, no password, no account to create. Their agency adds their handle and that entry is the invitation: they tap “Log in with TikTok”, approve it on TikTok’s own screen, and land on their fixtures. Remove the app from their TikTok account and every open session ends with it.
One search shows exactly who you are about to add — real name, picture, follower count, verified badge, read live from TikTok. Nothing to retype when it changes. Grade creators 1–10 the way TikTok does and the matcher pairs like with like.
Limits are enforced in the product, not just printed here. Adding a creator, inviting a manager, uploading a design and booking a battle each check your plan first and say plainly when you have hit the cap.

Every agency starts on the opening plan and upgrades from its own billing page — the change applies straight away and is prorated. Payment is taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout, so card details never touch this application. Need one more poster design than your tier includes? Add slots at £1.99 a month each on any paid GBP plan. If a payment fails you get a notice and a way to fix it, not a lockout.
Stored only as an irreversible bcrypt hash at cost 12 — never logged, never recoverable, only replaced. Change one and every other session dies on its next request. Creators have no password at all.
If the platform team steps into your account to help, the session is capped at one hour — an ordinary login lasts thirty days — a standing banner names the admin throughout, and the start and end are both recorded against their own name.
Every action the platform team takes is written to a permanent trail: who, when, and the exact before-and-after of every field touched.
There is no marketplace and no public roster. No agency can list or browse another agency’s creators, on any plan. You either know the handle you want, or you ask to be matched.
The opposing agency sees the fixture — not your notes, not your predicted score, not what you pay.
No hard dependency on any third party. If the TikTok lookup is unavailable your team carries on typing handles; with no payment provider connected, every limit is still real and enforced.
