Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Agency Battles (“the service”), a scheduling and matchmaking tool for TikTok LIVE creator agencies, operated at agencybattles.co.uk by TEKSPERT LTD (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Agency Battles is a trading name of TEKSPERT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16711813). Registered office: 110 Pall Mall, Chorley, PR7 2LB.
What the service does
Agency Battles lets a creator agency keep a roster of its TikTok creators, propose battles against creators at other agencies, confirm those bookings on a shared schedule, and record the results. Where a TikTok handle is entered, the service retrieves that account’s public profile information to fill in the creator’s name, follower count and picture.
Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Passwords must be at least ten characters.
- Accounts belong to an agency. An agency owner may invite, suspend and remove members, and may see and change anything within their agency’s account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your responsibilities for creator data
This is the obligation most particular to this service, so it is set out plainly. When you add a creator to a roster, you are recording information about a real person, often one who has no account here.
- You confirm you have a proper basis for recording their details, and that you will keep those details accurate.
- You are responsible for what you write in free-text notes about a person.
- You must remove a creator’s record promptly when you no longer have a basis for holding it, or when they ask you to.
- Where the service records an opponent from another agency, you must only enter a TikTok handle you are genuinely arranging a battle with.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, or to harass, defame or endanger anyone.
- Attempt to access another agency’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent any access control or usage limit.
- Scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload malicious code, or use the service in a way that degrades it for others.
- Misrepresent who you are or which agency you act for.
Acceptable content
These rules cover everything you post, send or upload through the service: chat messages and the photos, videos and audio in them, profiles and bios, notes, and anything else you write or upload. Do not post or send:
- Harassment, bullying or abuse aimed at anyone.
- Hate, including anything that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Threats of violence or harm against anyone.
- Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone break the law.
- Spam: unwanted bulk or repeated messages, advertising nobody asked for, or scams.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content like this, or for abusive users. In chat, you can report a message and block whoever sent it. Agency Battles reviews every report. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account responsible is suspended, from chat or from the service altogether.
Plans, billing and trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and are never held by us.
- Plans carry limits — on creators, managers and battles per month — shown on your billing page. A platform administrator may grant an agency different limits.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the service remains available until then.
- Closing your agency yourself, when you delete your owner account in the app, is different: its subscription is cancelled and the service ends for everyone at the agency straight away, and the rest of the current period is not refunded.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices on reasonable notice. A change never affects a period already paid for.
Relationship with TikTok
Agency Battles is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by TikTok or ByteDance. It retrieves only information that TikTok already publishes on a public profile. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s own terms, and nothing here grants you any right in TikTok’s services or content. TikTok may change or withdraw access to public profile information at any time, which may stop that part of the service working.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults and failures at services we depend on can all interrupt it. Features that depend on third parties — billing, and TikTok profile lookups — may be unavailable independently of the rest.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you. We do not use it to train models, and we do not sell it.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and ask for your agency’s account to be closed at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that does not pay, or whose use puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will say why first.
- When an agency’s account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
A booking made through the service is an arrangement between agencies. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for a battle that does not take place, or for anything that happens during one.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be notified in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
